elemense is a fragrance collection shaped around the five major elements in nature; wood, fire, earth, metal and water, that ancient Chinese philosophy sees as the building blocks of the universe. The Acorn Incense Holder is designed to be used with the elemense incense collection. It resembles the shape of an acorn, potential ready to bloom. The holder sits at an angle, setting the incense stick diagonally, or upright. Select your favourite incense plate to catch the falling ash, it is up to your imagination to create the scene.

The holder is carved from brass, with a beautifully angled design... the result of a collaboration with the meticulous craftsmanship at a workshop in old, downtown Tokyo. Made in Japan.
