Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, at Saison, we are committed to ethical beauty. All of our products are 100% cruelty-free and our entire collection is vegan-friendly, containing no animal-derived ingredients.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.
What is your return policy for opened products?
We want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with a product, we offer a 30-day return window. Please contact our support team for a prepaid return label and instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Saison ships to the United States and Canada. We are working hard to expand our global shipping options in the near future.
